Privacy Policy

Wi-Fi QR Signs is a product of bizness.app, a registered DBA of Incodit LLC. This page explains what we collect and, most of all, where your Wi-Fi password goes. We don’t sell your information.

Your Wi-Fi password

• Free sign and template pack: it never reaches us. The sign is drawn in your own browser. Open your browser’s developer tools, watch the network tab while you click Download, and you’ll see no request carrying your network name or password.
• Printed orders: we have to keep it briefly. The print file needs it. It is encrypted before it is stored, the key is kept separately from the database, and only our order system can read it. It is deleted 14 days after your order ships (and in any case 90 days after you place it). Abandoned checkouts are deleted after a day.
• It is never put in a web address, an email, a receipt, our payment processor, or analytics.
• While making a printed order, our admin sees your network name openly. We reveal the password only to produce the print file.

What else we collect

• Order details. Your email, what you bought and the amount paid. For printed orders, also your name, shipping address and phone number if you give one.
• Account details. If you sign in, your email, and your name and profile photo if you use Google sign-in.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.

We never see or store your card number. Stripe collects it.

What’s stored in your browser

• While you type, your details live in the page only. If you go to checkout, they’re kept in this tab’s session storage so they’re there when you come back. They are cleared when you close the tab or after you download.
• After buying the template pack, a signed cookie remembers it on this browser. It contains no personal details.
• Signing in uses cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and their country, browser and device type. It sets no cookies. It never receives your network name or password, which stay on your device until you order printed signs.

Who handles it

• Stripe processes payments, calculates sales tax and holds your shipping address. Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Supabase hosts our database and sign-in.
• Resend sends our emails: receipts and shipping updates.
• Our print partner receives the artwork and your shipping address for printed orders. The print file contains your network details because that is what the sign says.
• Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.

Your choices

Email hello@bizness.app to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, other than records we must keep for tax and accounting. If you’d rather not send a password to be printed, make the sign yourself with the free sign or the template pack: those never send it anywhere.
